Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: July 14, 2026
We want you to be sure Trailmap fits your team before you pay, and to be able to leave cleanly if it doesn't. This page explains the trial, how to cancel, and how refunds work.
Try before you pay
Every plan includes a 30-day free trial that starts automatically on first use in an Azure DevOps organization. No credit card is required to run the trial — you only enter payment details if you decide to subscribe.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time, either from the customer portal linked in the billing e-mails you receive from Paddle, or by e-mailing support@vaclavmudra.com. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. By default we do not issue partial refunds for the unused part of a paid period — you keep access until it ends.
Refunds
If something isn't working as it should, or you were charged by mistake, contact us within 14 days of the payment at support@vaclavmudra.com and include your Azure DevOps organization ID. We will arrange a refund through Paddle. If you are an EU consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by this policy.
Who processes payments and refunds
Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com acting as the Merchant of Record for purchases of the Extension. Paddle is the seller of record for the transaction, and Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to your purchase and to any refund. See also our Terms of Service.
